Who I am

World of Heart is a sole trader business operated by me, Jess Rose (ABN: 37 152 186 128). I offer holistic somatic healing sessions, facilitated gatherings, workshops, and retreats. I am based in Coledale, New South Wales, Australia.

What information I collect

I collect personal information when you book a session, complete an intake form, register for a gathering or workshop, or contact me directly. This may include:

Your name, email address, and phone number. Information about your physical and emotional health that is relevant to your session. Your responses to intake form questions. Payment records including deposit and session fees. Any information you share with me directly via email or message.

I only collect information that is necessary to provide my services and hold you safely.

How I use your information

I use your personal information to prepare for and deliver your session or workshop. To contact you about your booking, including confirmations and reminders. To keep records relevant to your ongoing care if you are a returning client. To comply with my legal and insurance obligations.

I do not use your information for marketing without your explicit consent. I do not sell, share, or disclose your information to any third party, except where required by law.

Sensitive information

Some of the information you share through your intake form — including information about your physical health, mental health history, or personal experiences — is considered sensitive information under Australian Privacy law.

I treat this information with the highest level of care and confidentiality. It is used solely for the purpose of holding you safely and appropriately during your session. It is never shared with any other person or organisation without your explicit consent, except where I am required by law to do so.

How I store your information

Your intake form responses are stored securely in Google Forms and Google Sheets, which are password protected and accessible only to me. Booking information is stored in Calendly. I retain your information for as long as necessary to provide my services and meet my legal obligations.

If you would like your information deleted, please contact me at worldofheart.au@gmail.com and I will action this promptly.

Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to access the personal information I hold about you. Request corrections to any information that is inaccurate or out of date. Request that I delete your information. Make a complaint if you feel your privacy has been mishandled.

Cookies & website
